    Green Warriors 3.0 - Power to Change; Responsibility to Act.

    In line with the rising concerns towards climate change and global warming, Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited is back with its sustainability awareness campaign ‘Green Warriors’. This is the third chapter of the campaign wherein decision makers, brands and individuals are invited to share their sustainability stories through short, impactful videos, inspiring others to follow suit.

    Green Warriors 3.0 aims at engaging decision makers from various industries to lead and promote sustainable practices within their organizations and establish their significance in making decisions that will impact the future of sustainability.

    The campaign is aligned with Tata Power-DDL’s “Urja Arpan” initiative, which aims to encourage responsible and optimal electricity consumption by using energy-efficient products and services among individuals and organizations and encourage a sustainable lifestyle for a greener tomorrow.

    Promoting sustainable living and focusing on energy conservation.

    CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES:

    • Promote Sustainability and Engage decision makers: To engage decision makers from various industries to lead and promote sustainable practices within their organizations and establish their significance in making decisions that will impact the future of sustainability.
    • Showcase brand initiatives: To exhibit sustainable initiatives that contribute to environmental sustainability.
    • Encourage participation: To encourage brands and individuals to share their sustainability stories through short, impactful videos.

    CAMPAIGN RULES:

    • B2B participants are invited to share their Sustainability story and its impact in the form of a short 2-minute video.
    • The videos are to be sent via WeTransfer or WeSendIt at corporate.communication@022aode.com
    • B2C participants are invited to participate in the weekly Sustainability challenge on Tata Power-DDL's Social Media page.

    REWARDS:

    • In B2B participation category: Top 5 video entries will be given corporate gift each worth Rs.10,000.
    • In B2C participation category: Top 10 entries will be given gift voucher worth Rs.1000 each.
    • Entries received will be posted on Tata Power-DDL's official social media platforms.
    • Certificate of Excellence to Winners and Certificate of Participation to all entries.
    • Winners will be decided by a team of dignified jury comprising Sustainability sector experts.

    About Green Warriors

    Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited launched 'Green Warriors 2.0', the second edition of its sustainability awareness initiative in January 2024. Addressing the critical issue of climate change and its adverse effects on the planet, the campaign invited Corporates, Start-ups, SMEs and Businesses across Delhi/NCR, to share their journey of green energy adoption, sustainability, and environment conservation towards building a greener future.

    With the philosophy ‘Towards a Greener Tomorrow’ at heart, Tata Power-DDL encourages small businesses, start-ups and corporates to embrace sustainable efforts and practices for contributing towards the environment. Participants submitted their video entries showcasing their brand’s eco-friendly initiatives aimed at reducing carbon footprint. The initiative was further aligned with India's ambitious goal of reaching net zero emissions by 2070 and 50% of electricity requirements from renewable energy sources by 2030.

    The inaugural ‘Chapter 1’ of the ‘Green Warriors’ campaign by Tata Power-DDL was launched in November 2022 and invited school children from class 3rd to 10th to contribute innovative ideas for environmental conservation. As part of the 'Club Enerji' program, the campaign received an overwhelming response from children including poems, dance, enactment, etc., from schools nationwide. Students shared a 1-minute video with ideas to help save the environment, reduce & and control global warming, and build a greener tomorrow.

    The campaign was a part of the energy conservation initiative under the company’s ‘Club Enerji’ program. Club Enerji is an Energy & Resource Conservation Club that focuses on bringing about a first-hand realization of the energy crisis and scarcity of natural resources in the country by sensitizing the torchbearers of tomorrow – the students.
